Eazy Send (“the extension”) helps users send personalized WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp Web. This policy describes what data the extension handles.
Data stored on your device The extension stores the following locally in your browser using Chrome storage APIs. It is not sent to servers operated by the extension developer: • Contact lists you upload via CSV (e.g. names, phone numbers, custom fields) • Message templates and variable mappings • Send-queue state (pending, sent, failed status per contact) • UI preferences (e.g. panel open/closed) • A cached copy of public schedule data from Google Sheets (if you use the Schedule feature)
Data sent to third-party services (by your action) When you start a send, messages are delivered through WhatsApp Web using your own WhatsApp account. WhatsApp/Meta processes those messages under their own terms and privacy policy. The Schedule feature may download a publicly published CSV from Google Sheets (docs.google.com); no Google account login is required by the extension.
What we do not do • We do not operate backend servers that collect your contacts or messages • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes • We do not collect passwords, payment information, health data, location, or general web browsing history • We do not use your data for creditworthiness or lending decisions
Permissions • storage — save queue and settings locally on your device • tabs — open and communicate with WhatsApp Web tabs only • web.whatsapp.com — run the sending UI and automate message delivery on WhatsApp Web • docs.google.com — fetch published schedule CSV for the Schedule picker
Children The extension is not directed at children under 13.
